What we collect
When you send a service request we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, phone number, email, where the equipment is, the type of equipment, your description and any photo you attach. We do not collect anything else through the form.
How we use it
We use your request only to contact you about the repair or service you asked for, to plan the job, and to keep a record of the work we do for you. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our email by a form processing service, and the site is hosted by a web hosting provider. These services handle your information only to deliver it to us.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
