Mobile tow truck and rollback repair

Wreckers and rollbacks kept on the road: bed and wheel lift hydraulics, PTO, winches and the diesel chassis.

The work

What we fix, and how.

A tow operator makes money when the trucks are rolling, and every hour one sits is a call that goes to a competitor. ADE repairs wreckers and rollbacks on both halves: the diesel chassis and the hydraulic equipment on the back. We work on bed tilt and slide cylinders, wheel lift and underlift hydraulics, winches, PTO and pump problems, hoses and control valves, along with engine, electrical, driveline and brake repair on the truck itself. We come to your yard so the truck is not towed to be fixed, and we can work around your call schedule. Operators who run several trucks use us as their regular mechanic, which means we already know the units and their history when something fails on a Friday night. If a repair needs parts that are not on hand, we tell you the plan and timeline before we start so you can cover your calls.

When to call

Signs it needs us now.

Catching these early is the difference between a repair in your yard and a unit stuck on a job. If you are seeing any of them, call or send a photo.

Send us a photo of it
  1. 01Bed slow to tilt or slide, or creeping down
  2. 02Wheel lift leaking or not holding
  3. 03PTO not engaging
  4. 04Driveline vibration or clunking

FAQ

Tow Trucks: questions we get.

Do you repair rollbacks and wreckers?

Yes, both the hydraulic equipment on the back and the diesel truck underneath it.

Can you work around our call schedule?

Yes. We are open 24/7 and can work on trucks in your yard during the hours that keep the most trucks on calls.

Do you come to our tow yard?

Yes. We are mobile, so your truck does not need a tow of its own to get fixed.

What should I check before calling about a rollback bed problem?

Note whether the bed is slow, creeping down, leaking or not moving at all, check the hydraulic fluid level if you can do it safely, and send a photo of any leak. That tells us which parts to bring so the first visit can finish the repair.

Unit down right now?

Call the 24/7 line and a technician heads your way. For scheduled work and quotes, send a request with a photo.
